Job Opportunity: RN Stepdown Nights
Location
- Indianapolis, Indiana
Position Details
- Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN)
- Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Patient ratio: Typically 1 RN to 4 patients, all on bedside cardiac monitors
- Weekly hours: 36 hours per week
- Schedule: Every other weekend and one major holiday per contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
