Description

Neonatal Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location

  • Indianapolis, Indiana

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • Full-time, 12-hour day shift: 07:00 - 19:30

Role Summary

  • Provides respiratory care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
  • Assesses patients, develops and implements care plans, monitors patient condition and equipment, performs advanced respiratory care modalities, educates patients and families, and responds to emergency resuscitation codes.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • NRP issued by American Heart Association or American Academy of Pediatrics
  • NRP Advanced
  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree
  • Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Life Support from the American Heart Association
  • Neonatal Resuscitation certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
