Overview

Unit Details

  • Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center
  • Focuses on adult trauma, post-surgical management for general surgery, vascular surgery, and neurosurgery
  • 8 beds
  • Patient ratio: 1:1-3

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Indiana
  • STICU - Surgical Trauma Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
  • STICU - Surgical Trauma Intensive Care experience within the last year
  • TNCC
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • NIH Certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Driver's License

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
