Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
RCIS or ARRT
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Preferred

BLS
ACLS

Onboarding / Compliance

Resume or profile
At least two professional references
Ascension Core Competencies: HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA Topics; completed within a year of start, updated every 3 years, minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score
Education verification within 90 days of start
Employment verification for the past seven years
Criminal background check results
EPLS within 90 days of start
Confirmation of assignment on agency letterhead
11-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
Driver’s license or state ID

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
