Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Description
- Role involves radiology technical duties as an X-Ray Technologist.
Required Credentials & Certifications
- BLS Certification: Required for onboarding (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; AHA preferred).
- ARRT Certification: Required for onboarding.
- Professional License: Must have primary source verification of professional license/certification within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- Fit Test: N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date and updated annually. Must be completed on the specified form; no religious exemptions.
- MMR Vaccination or Immunity: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30); no exemptions allowed.
- TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON/T-spot blood test within 3 months of start date; updated if >6 month break.
- Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date; updated if >6 month break.
- Criminal Background Check: Within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break; includes county and international searches if applicable.
- Massachusetts CORI Check: Completed within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Resume: Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state. Required for submission.
- References: Two recent references required, at least one supervisor or above in the skillset. Required for submission.
- Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
- Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required for onboarding and assignment acceptance.
- Education Verification: Verified through background check company; must verify highest level of education achieved.
- SSN Trace: Must be run with criminal check, listing addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
- National Sex Offender Check: Ran within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- Exclusion Checks: Ran within 30 days of start and annually; includes OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid exclusion lists.
Optional / Preferred Credentials
- Hepatitis B Vaccination or Immunity: Strongly preferred but not required.
- Tdap Vaccine: Preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration.
- Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray: Required if positive TB test.
- TB Symptom Survey: Required if positive PPD; must be completed prior to start and updated annually.
Additional Notes
- No religious or medical exemptions for vaccines or fit testing.
- Fit testing updates can be done at specific locations if assignment is extended.
- All documentation must be current and updated as specified to maintain compliance.
