Pharmacist Travel Job - Massachusetts (Nantucket)

Position Details

• Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (typical shifts: 7:00-3:30, 7:30-4:00, or 8:30-5:00)
  • Monday through Friday
  • Alternating weekend and holiday on-call coverage
  • Occasional weeknight on-call duties

Licensure & Experience Requirements

• License: Massachusetts Pharmacy license required

Required Credentials & Compliance

  • Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit testing required

• Background Checks & Verifications:

  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start
  • Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start
  • National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start
  • Education verification of highest degree achieved
  • Social Security Number trace for past 7 years addresses
  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience
  • Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above)

  • FEMA ICS 100 training (must be completed, no exceptions)

  • Candidate submission coversheet
  • Confirmation of assignment/POI form upon acceptance and for extensions
