Physical Therapist
Overview
- Outpatient physical therapy role
- Preference for a therapist willing to take occasional hospital shifts
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10-hour days
- Contract length: 27 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Housing
- Shared housing provided at no cost
Onboarding / Compliance
- Resume with the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skill set
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification
- MGB FEMA ICS 100 training
- MGB Nantucket housing agreement, if staying in housing
- MGB confirmation of assignment/POI form
- MGB education verification
- MGB SSN trace
- MGB criminal background check
- MGB Massachusetts CORI

- Fit test and respirator medical clearance attestation, if required for the skill
