• Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekend and holiday coverage is required

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pharmacist license in Massachusetts
• Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
• Pharmacist experience within the last year

Onboarding / Compliance

• License or certification verification is required within 30 days of start and must be updated upon expiration
• MA conditional licenses are not accepted
• FEMA ICS 100 training is required and does not expire
• MMR documentation or proof of immunity is required
• TB screening documentation is required within 3 months of start
• Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA is required within 365 days of start
• Criminal background check is required
• Massachusetts CORI check is required
• Resume with the past 7 years of work experience is required for submission
• Two references are required for submission, including at least one supervisor or above in the skillset
• Skills checklist is required for submission and must be completed within 1 year of submission
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form is required upon acceptance
• Education verification is required
• SSN trace is required
• National sex offender check is required
• Exclusion checks are required
• Candidate submission coversheet is required for submission
• Beeline attestation is required
