Description

Radiology Technician - New Jersey (Denville)

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Scrub and monitor cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures.
Manage access sites and symptoms, including sheath removal.
Take emergency, after-hours call shifts (minimum of 15 call shifts currently required).
Schedule inpatients and outpatients for all procedures.
Assist in admitting, recovering, and discharging patients.
Must have previous Cath Lab experience.
Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
Priority given to candidates with New Jersey ARRT license.
Required experience in CCL, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Neurology with on-call responsibilities.
Must be able to work independently as the first assist to physicians in the lab.

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in New Jersey
Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
Experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
