Job Overview
- Location: Chicago, Illinois
- Employment type: Per diem
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour night shift, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
- Strike order
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring
- DCI/BVP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Onboarding Requirements
- Resume
- 2 references, including 1 from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
- Skills checklist
- Core competencies exam with a score of 80% or higher
- Criminal background check
- Drug screening
- Color-blind test
- COVID-19 vaccination or declination
- MMR immunity or 2 vaccines
- Hepatitis B immunization, immunity titer, or declination
- TB test within 1 year of start
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Varicella vaccination or immunity titer
- Tdap
- Influenza vaccine or declination
- Fit test completed before start
- Physical/health statement stating clear to work
- Social Security Card or passport in lieu of it

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
