RN NICU
Overview
- Per diem assignment
- 13-week contract
- 12-hour day shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Strike order
- Minimal requirements acceptable
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- 1 year of NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- DCI/BVP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License

- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card or passport

- Drug screening with THC included
- Color-blind test
- COVID-19 vaccination or declination
- MMR immunity or vaccination proof
- Hepatitis B immunization, immunity titer, or declination

- Varicella immunity or vaccination proof
- Tdap documentation
- Physical/health statement confirming clear to work
- Annual respirator fit test

Notes
- Minimum compliance requirements must be met before start; full compliance profile must be completed within 2 weeks after the start date
- Resume must be current and reflect accurate, recent work history
- Fit testing must be completed prior to start for Illinois region
- Physical/health statement must state clear to work
- Drug screening must be completed within 60 days of start
- Color-blind test must be completed annually
- Influenza vaccine or declination is required for November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
