Overview

• Per diem strike assignment
• On-call required
• Day shift: 06:30–18:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Must be able to report for onboarding by 9/14 and work the strike on 9/15–9/16 for night shifts
• Orientation is required before starting the strike assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active nursing license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Nursys verification
• Must be able to complete onboarding with minimal compliance
• Must be able to work the strike assignment
• Must submit 2 references, including 1 from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
• Must have an up-to-date resume reflecting accurate and recent work history
• Must provide a valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport
• Must provide a Social Security card or passport in lieu of it
• Must pass required onboarding exams and checklists, including specialty, pharmacology, core competencies, and skills checklist
• Must complete required background check and onboarding documentation

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Proof of MMR vaccination or positive titer showing immunity
• Proof of varicella vaccination or titer showing immunity
• COVID-19 vaccination or declination
• Hepatitis B immunization, immune titer, or declination
• Influenza vaccine or declination
• Tdap documentation
• TB test within 1 year of start date
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Physical/health statement stating clear to work
• Annual respirator fit test completed before start
• Drug screen within 60 days of start, minimum 10-panel with THC included
• Color-blind test

Additional Notes

• Manual timesheet may be required if a badge is not issued
• If orientation is attended but the strike is not worked, orientation will not be paid
