Description

Job Opportunity: Echo Technician

Location: Davenport, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Work Schedule

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Shift hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work every 4th weekend

Required Certification

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification by American Heart Association

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Certifications & Licenses

  • BLS certification (front and back of card)
  • License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
  • Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year

Health & Immunizations

  • Fit Test
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
  • COVID-19 vaccine proof (including Sept 2025 booster), declination or exemption accepted except for CA or IL
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first dose prior to start)
  • Influenza vaccine or declination for current flu season
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
  • Varicella: Proof of vaccination or IgG titer
  • Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year
  • Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)

Professional & Background Checks

  • Signed Trinity Code of Conduct form
  • Trinity I9 form completed by agency
  • Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement signed
  • Integrity and Audit Services form signed shortly before start
  • Non-Employee Upload Form (pages 1-3 and 28)
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure form signed
  • Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
  • Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
  • GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
  • Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
  • System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
  • Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
  • Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
  • Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries) within 30 days prior to start
  • OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days of start

This position requires compliance with all above certifications, health screenings, and professional documentation prior to onboarding.
