Radiology Technician - Springfield, Massachusetts

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Rotating weekday shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Every Sunday: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Every other Saturday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification
• BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support) certification
• Epic experience preferred

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Certifications & Licenses

• BLS certification (front and back of card required)
• Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
• Fit Test
• COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• Influenza vaccine proof or approved exemption/declination for current flu season
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of 1st shot prior to start)
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer)
• Varicella vaccination proof (1 dose or IgG titer)
• Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA test (with chest x-ray if positive, per state-specific guidelines)

Health & Drug Screening

• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)

Professional & Background Checks

• Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Trinity I9 form completed by agency
• Confidentiality and System Security Agreement signed
• Integrity and Audit Services Form signed shortly before start
• Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form signed
• Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) with SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
• System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
• MA CORI (Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information) check if assignment is in MA
• OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check dated within 30 days

This position requires compliance with all listed certifications, health screenings, and professional background checks prior to onboarding.
