Job Opportunity: Echo Technician

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Dayshift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• On-call: 1-2 nights per week

Required Certifications and Skills

• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ARDMS Cardiac or CCI Cardiac Sonography RDCS
• Experience with CPACS and EPIC systems

Required Credentials and Compliance (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)

Certifications & Licenses

• BLS certification (valid and current)
• License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start

Health & Immunizations

• Fit Test
• Annual TB Questionnaire
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (no THC; completed within 30 days of start)
• COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster by Sept 2025, or approved exemption)
• MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first dose prior to start)
• Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination for current flu season)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB
• Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
• Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
• Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
• Trinity Color Vision test
• Trinity Latex Allergy Questionnaire

Professional Requirements

• Trinity Code of Conduct Form (signed)
• Trinity I9 form (completed by agency)
• Confidentiality and System Security Agreement (signed)
• Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
• Joint Commission CORE Exam (within past year)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
• Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years; dated within 30 days)
• Education Verification (highest level of education verified)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
