Position Details

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (Basic Life Support): American Heart Association certification required.

• Valid RN License: Must be verified within 30 days of start date.

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Fit Test
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (no THC)
• COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster or approved exemption)
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - proof of vaccination or immunity
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
• Influenza Vaccine (or declination/exemption)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (TB test) with chest x-ray if positive
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)
• Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)

This position requires a fully credentialed ICU RN with all certifications current and verifications completed prior to start. The assignment is a 13-week long-term contract in Des Moines, Iowa, with a schedule alternating every other week and holiday.
