Required Specialty

• Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery

• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) tuberculosis test
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Tdap vaccination (declinations accepted only if no pediatric interaction)
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start; no THC)
