Job Opportunity: RN ICU - Iowa (Waterloo)

Position Details

• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Physical/Health Statement (fit to work documentation within last year)
• Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
