Description
Job Opportunity: Sonographer
Location: Boise, Idaho
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Required Certification:
- RDMS by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography with OB/GYN and Nuchal Translucency (NT)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Preferred Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
Experience Requirements
- Specialty: Sonographer
- Required Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum experience consistent with RDMS certification and OB/GYN/NT specialty
- Prior Travel Experience: Not required
Required Credentials & Compliance (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)

- 9 or 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
- Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
- Confidentiality and System Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start
- Color Vision test
- COVID-19 Vaccine proof (including booster or approved exemption)
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of initiation required)
- Influenza vaccine proof or approved exemption
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test with chest x-ray if positive TB
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) dated within 30 days of start
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
- System Access Form completed one week before start
- Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
Requirements/Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- RDMS certification
- OB experience
- Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience
