  • Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements)
  • Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)
  • Fit test
  • Color vision test
• Background and Compliance:

  • Criminal background check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) with SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
  • Sex offender registry and dependent adult & child abuse registry checks (Iowa-specific)
  • EPLS, OIG/GSA exclusion checks, OFAC sanctions check (all within 30 days of start)
  • Trinity-specific forms including Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Non-Employee Upload Form, System Access Form, and others as required

  • Trinity Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam) within last year

Summary

This is a travel RN position in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry specialty for a 13-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa.
