Job Opportunity: CVICU RN - East (Travel)

Job Description

• CVICU RN night shift
• Open Heart experience required

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license for Ohio
• Open Heart experience in CVICU
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification (required for RNs in critical care units)
• Specialty exam completed within the last year
• Fit to work documentation from an exam within the last year
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
• Various health and immunization requirements including:

  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  • COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
  • MMR vaccination or immunity proof
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
  • Influenza vaccine or approved exemption
  • Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Trinity Health specific onboarding requirements including:

  • Skills checklist
  • Resume and professional references
  • Code of Conduct form
  • Confidentiality and security agreement
  • Integrity and audit services form
  • Conflict of interest disclosure form
  • Criminal background check (last 7 years)
  • Education verification
  • EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO screenings
  • System access form (completed one week before start)

Additional Information

• Iowa candidates require 1860 mask only
• Positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for certain states, within 5 years for others
• All certifications and verifications must be uploaded to the system with proper documentation and within specified timeframes
