Job Opportunity: Radiology Technician (Travel)

Location: Davenport, Iowa
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Schedule

• Dayshift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Holiday Rotation

Required Qualifications

• License: Must hold a valid Radiology Technician license appropriate for Iowa.
• Certifications:

  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician (defaulting to higher requirement if discrepancies exist)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Required Onboarding and Compliance Documents

• License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
• Fit Test
• 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
• Specialty Specific Competency Testing completed within the last year
• Color Vision test
• COVID-19 Vaccine proof (booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption
• MMR vaccination proof or immunity
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start
• Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (for 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 seasons)
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test
• Varicella vaccination proof or immunity
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Trinity I9 form
• Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
• Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Non-Employee Upload Form
• Profile including resume, skills checklist (within last year), and 2 professional references
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification (highest level of academic education)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
• Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam) within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
• System Access Form completed one week before start
• Skills Checklist (clinical contractors)
• Tdap vaccination or declination (if no pediatric interaction)
• Iowa-specific Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries) within 30 days prior to start
• OFAC Sanctions check within 30 days

• Must attach scanned copies of all required certifications, licenses, and vaccination records to the candidate's record.
• Specialty exam must be completed within the last year.
• All background and verification checks must be current and compliant with Trinity Health policies.
