Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery RN

Location: Grove City, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Description

• Day shift: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM
• Specialty: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license for Ohio (must provide online verification dated within 30 days of start)
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required for all direct patient care personnel
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required for RNs in Birth Center
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
• Skills checklist for clinical contractors (provided by agency)
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination including booster or approved exemption/declination (valid through Sept 2025 booster, with documentation)
• Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity (2 vaccinations with dates or IgG titer lab report)
• Proof of Varicella vaccination or immunity (1 vaccination with date or IgG titer lab report)
• Influenza vaccine proof, declination, or exemption for current flu season
• Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date (1st shot required, with subsequent shots per schedule) – titers not accepted
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements)
• Fit test for respiratory protection (if applicable)
• Physical/health statement from exam within the last year confirming fitness to work
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC) with Medical Review Officer signature
• Completion of various professional and compliance forms including:

  • Confidentiality and security agreement
  • Conflict of interest disclosure
  • Criminal background check (7 years, federal, nationwide, county)
  • Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
  • OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check within 30 days
  • Integrity and audit services form signed prior to start
  • Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
  • System access form completed one week before start
  • Code of conduct form signed
  • Standard I-9 completed by agency
  • Color vision test
