Job Opportunity: General Ultrasound Sonographer

Location: Dublin, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Holiday Requirement: Required if contract includes a holiday
Flexibility: Willingness to cover other open shifts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, with recent experience within the last year
• Valid Sonographer certification/license appropriate for Ohio, verified within 30 days of start
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required for direct patient care personnel
• Health Requirements:

  • COVID-19 vaccine proof including September 2025 booster, or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
  • Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start (1st shot before start, 2nd shot 30 days later, 3rd shot 6 months later); titers not accepted
  • Influenza vaccine: Optional but recommended
  • Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test; if positive TB, chest x-ray required within last year (specific states) or within 5 years otherwise
  • Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
• Drug Screening:

  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days), must include specific substances; no THC allowed
• Competency Testing:

  • Specialty-specific competency exam completed within the last year
  • Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors

Professional Requirements (Must be completed and on file before start)

• Resume and skills checklist (within one year)
• Two professional references
• Confidentiality and proprietary information agreement
• Conflict of interest disclosure form
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification
• Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within past 30 days
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion report dated within past 30 days
• Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
• National Sex Offender Registry check dated within 30 days (including aliases)
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Code of conduct form signed
• Standard I-9 verification completed by agency
• Color vision test

• Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
• This position requires weekend night shifts with holiday coverage if applicable.
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts is expected.
