Description

Pharmacist Job Opportunity

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 12 weeks)
Shift: Primarily afternoon/evening shifts from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM (10-hour shifts) or 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM (11-hour shifts), plus some day shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Weekend rotation is every other weekend on day shift. No holiday shifts required at this time.

Job Description

Hospital experience is required.
Previous experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
Total hours expected: 72 hours every 2 weeks.

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Indiana.
Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience, including experience within the last year.
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
