Job Opportunity: RN Nursing Supervisor - Emergency Room

Location: Silvis, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Primarily night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (with some variation in schedule during first two weeks)

Job Description

• Position in the Emergency Room specialty.
• Responsible for nursing supervision duties.
• Schedule includes a mix of night and evening shifts over a two-week rotation.

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Education

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year.
• Experience in supervisor roles.

Additional Notes

• All licenses and certifications must be verified and dated within 30 days of assignment start.
• Documentation must be uploaded and maintained in the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
• Specialty skills checklist will be provided by the agency for clinical contractors.
• The assignment requires adherence to strict compliance and credentialing standards.
