Radiology Tech - Springfield, Massachusetts

Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Four 10-hour shifts, 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Schedule: Evenings and every 3rd weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technician license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start; upload state verification if available
• Fit Test: Required prior to start
• Respirator Evaluation: Physician-signed form required
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccine or approved declination/exemption; booster required by September 2025; declination not accepted in CA or IL
• MMR: Proof of two vaccinations or immunity titer required
• Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted
• Influenza Vaccine: Optional but recommended; proof or declination accepted (not accepted in CA or IL)
• Tuberculosis Screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Massachusetts
• Varicella: Proof of vaccination or immunity titer required
• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
• Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start; no THC allowed

Professional and Background Checks

• Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, and county checks for last 7 years; must be dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification: Highest level of academic education verified; specific certifications must be provided at onboarding
• Employment and Professional Screening: Includes EPLS, OIG, NSO, OFAC checks—all must be dated within 30 days of start
• Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct Forms: Must be signed and on file prior to start
• System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded one week before start
• Joint Commission CORE Exam: Must be completed within the last year
