Cath Lab Technician
Location
- Columbus, Ohio
Schedule
- 4x10s, 07:00–17:30
- Rotating days off
- 14 days of call in 6 weeks
- Every 3rd weekend
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Ohio
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
- MMR proof
- Fit test
- Hepatitis B vaccination series documentation
- 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot)
- Varicella proof
- Physical/health statement within the last year
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Criminal background check within 30 days of start
- Education verification
- EPLS check
- GSA/OIG check
- Joint Commission testing within 1 year
- Specialty-specific competency testing within 1 year
- System access form completed 1 week before start
- Color vision screening
- Code of conduct form
- I-9
- Confidentiality and information security agreement
- Conflict of interest disclosure form
- Integrity and audit services form
- NSO screening
Notes
- American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
