Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Belleville, Illinois
Facility: Memorial Hospital (BJC HealthCare)

Job Details
- Shift: 4x10 hour shifts, 0630-1700, with rotating day off
- Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, some weekend and holiday call required
- On-Call: Yes, approximately 10 shifts/month, 24/7 coverage
- Floating: Required to float between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East/Shiloh as needed
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- First-timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend Requirement: Some evening, weekend, and holiday call coverage required
- **Contract Length: 12 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours:
- 36 hours/week for 3 shifts of 12 hours
- 48 hours/week for 4 shifts of 12 hours
- Locals Accepted: Yes
- Pending License Accepted: No
- Return to Origin Restrictions: 7 days within 13-week contract
- Special Requirements:
- Experience with radial access and TR bands preferred
- Sheath pulls required

- Color Blind Testing (online exam required)
Health & Safety Requirements
- Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
- Fit Mask Testing (annual, specific mask models required)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccination or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (with specific timing requirements)
- Immunizations or immunity documentation for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella
- Drug Testing (within 1 year, must include specific panels)
- Seasonal Flu Vaccination or approved exemption (required during flu season)
Background & Compliance
- Criminal Background Check (within 6 months, 7-year search)
- EPLS/GSA/SAM checks (quarterly)
- HHS/OIG checks (quarterly)
- Education Verification (highest related education required)
- Employment Application (must be uploaded)
- References: Two professional references required (supervisors preferred)
- Fingerprinting required for assignments in Illinois long-term care or rehab units
- State-specific searches and registry checks as applicable
