Job Opportunity: MRI Technician

Location: Davenport, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Mid shift, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, includes every other weekend (EOW)
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel)
• ARRT
• ARMRIT
• Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Fit Test
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, preferred within 14 days; excludes THC)
• COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of September 2024 booster, declination or exemption accepted except for CA or IL)
• Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination/exemption with agency letterhead; declination not accepted for CA or IL; valid for 10/1/2024–4/30/2025)
• MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report)
• Hepatitis B (must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted)
• Varicella (proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
• Tdap (current, non-expired; declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
• Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)

Professional & Compliance Requirements

• Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Trinity I9 form completed by agency
• Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement signed
• Integrity and Audit Services Form signed shortly before start
• Non-Employee Upload Form (pages 1-3 and 28) completed
• Specialty Specific Competency Testing (copy of specialty exam within last year)
• Trinity PowerPoint Genesis (signature page completed for Iowa locations)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form signed
• Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years, including SSN verification; dated within 30 days of start)
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED verified)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and locations
• System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
• Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
• Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check within 30 days prior to start)
• OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check completed within 30 days

Additional Notes

• Resume, Skills Checklist (within one year), and two professional references required for submission
• All documentation must be uploaded to the designated system prior to onboarding as specified
• Assignment includes every other weekend coverage

This position is suitable for MRI Technicians who meet the above credentialing, health, and compliance requirements and are available for a 16-week mid-shift assignment in Davenport, Iowa.
