Registered Nurse (RN) - Casa Grande, Arizona (Temp)

Job Overview

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 24 months of current ICU experience (required)
  • Certifications:
    • ACLS (American Heart Association) - active at time of submission
    • BLS (American Heart Association) - active at time of submission
  • Licensing:
    • Active Arizona RN license required at time of submission
    • Compact license allowed
    • License verification must be less than 30 days old
  • Vaccinations: Flu vaccination required; declinations can be applied for (vaccination status must be included in submission notes)
  • Driver’s License: Required (candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will NOT be considered)
  • Travel Experience: Preferred

Submission Requirements

  • Complete Banner Cover Page with all requested information:
    • All locations and departments the candidate is willing to work in must be listed
    • All shifts the candidate is open to working must be listed
  • Resume must include:
    • All facilities worked at
    • Facility size, number of beds, trauma level, and units listed
  • Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than 1 year old)
  • Certifications and licenses must be current and included in submission
  • Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment
  • Return to Office (RTO) requests:
    • Must be less than 7 days
    • Not approved during the first week of assignment or holidays

Additional Notes

  • Banner has very specific background and compliance requirements that must be attested to immediately
  • Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment
  • Non-billable hours are adjusted to 16 hours per assignment
  • Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty
  • Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered
