Job Opportunity: MRI Technician

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Night shift
• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Work Monday through Thursday
• Must work at least 1 of the upcoming 3 holidays

Required Certifications & Credentials

• BLS (Basic Life Support): American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel. Must provide front and back images of the card.
• License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start. Online verification required.
• Fit Test
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days). Must include specific substances; no THC allowed.
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing: Specialty exam must be completed within the last year.
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form: Signed form required.
• Trinity I9: Standard I9 completed by the agency.
• Confidentiality & Security Agreement: Signed agreement regarding patient and proprietary information.
• Integrity and Audit Services Form: Signed within days prior to start.
• Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form: Signed form required.
• Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, and county checks from the last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education Verification: Highest level of academic education verified.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) Check: Dated within past 30 days.
• GSA/OIG Exclusion Check: Dated within past 30 days.
• Joint Commission CORE Exam: Completed within the last year.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) Check: Dated within 30 days of start, including all aliases.
• System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Skills Checklist: Provided by agency for clinical contractors.

Required Health & Immunization Documentation

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of booster by September 2025, or declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations with dates or IgG titer lab results.
• Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted.
• Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption for current flu season (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): TB testing required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within specified timeframes.
• Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab results.
• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.

This position requires compliance with all credentialing, health, and professional standards prior to onboarding.
