Registered Nurse (RN) - Tucson, Arizona (Temp Contract)
Job Details
- Location: Tucson, Arizona
- Employment Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Must not have an Arizona home address on driver’s license (copy required with submission)
- Minimum 24 months of current PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience required
- Certifications must be from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, active at time of submission and included in submission
- No license hits allowed
- Must have an active Arizona RN license at time of submission (verification less than 30 days old)
- ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
- Flu vaccination required; declinations accepted with proper forms and vaccination status noted in submission
- Travel experience preferred
- Must comply with specific background requirements and attest to compliance immediately
Submission Requirements
- Fully completed Banner Cover Page
- Resume listing all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units worked in
- Skills checklist specific to nursing discipline (must be less than 1 year old)
- Driver’s license copy included
- Start date should be on or very soon after the order start date
- Return to Office (RTO) requests must be less than 7 days, not approved during first week or holidays
Facility Highlights
- Level I Trauma Center providing care for critically injured patients
- Specialty services include heart and cancer care, advanced neuroscience, and multi-organ transplant program
- Learning modules must be completed prior to assignment start
- Non-billable hours adjusted to 16 hours per assignment
- Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty
This opportunity is ideal for experienced RNs with PCU background seeking a temporary assignment in a high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center environment.
