Required Certifications & Competencies

• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
  • National Tech Certification (as applicable)
  • State License Verification (primary source online verification)
• Competency Exams:

  • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (as applicable)
  • General Competency Exam (as applicable)

Additional Information

• If candidate has not used Home Care Home Base (HCHB) within the last 6 months, self-paced online training and assessment are required before starting.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within the 75-mile radius.
• Locals are accepted under the local radius rule.
