Job Description

• Join the Family Birth Place team due to high birth volume anticipated from May to July (80+ births/month).
• Provide care in L&D with experience in OR, PACU, and postpartum, offering couplet care.
• Approximately 60 deliveries per month.
• Care for babies 32 weeks gestation and older.
• Work with a team focused on evidence-based care to ensure the best patient experience.
• Must be a team player.
• The hospital has a history of compassionate, patient-centered nursing and holds a Pathway to Excellence designation.

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts.
• Rotating weekends.
• Call rotation: typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks (subject to change).

Required Certifications & Licenses

• Current Colorado RN license or compact license to practice in Colorado (in good standing).
• American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
• STABLE certification.
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions).

• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
