Travel RN Opportunity – ICU

Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (36 guaranteed hours/week)
Number of Openings: 2
Call Requirements: Standby for low census, must be able to report within 1 hour
Float Requirements: Must float to any area as needed
Patient Ratios: Approximately 2:1 in ICU, 3:1 in IMC (estimates)
Unit Beds: 13 ICU beds, 6 IMC beds
EMR System: EPIC

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) from AHA only
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Preferred Certification:

NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Experience & Skills

Minimum 2+ years ICU experience in an acute care hospital setting
Experience with medical/surgical ICU patients including cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, heart attacks, strokes, and complex comorbidities
Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
