Radiation Therapist - Temp Position

Location: Greeley, Colorado
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Minimum 24 months of current Radiation Therapist experience (required)
• Active ARRT certification
• Active BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Active Colorado state license (compact allowed) with verification less than 30 days old
• No license hits (required)
• Flu vaccination required; declinations accepted with proper forms (include vaccination status in submission notes)
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Travel experience preferred
• Must comply with specific background requirements and attest to compliance immediately

Submission Requirements

• Fully completed Banner Cover Page including all requested details
• Resume listing all facilities, facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units worked in
• Skills checklist specific to Radiation Therapy discipline (must be less than 1 year old)
• Certifications active at time of submission and included in submission
• Return to Office (RTO) requests must be less than 7 days, not approved during first week or holidays of assignment

Assignment Details

• Start date should be on or very soon after the order start date
• Learning modules must be completed prior to assignment start
• Non-billable hours adjusted to 16 hours per assignment
• Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty
