Job Description

Managed through ShiftWise Flex platform for compliance, billing, and assignment management.
Patient Age Groups: Adolescent, Adults, Geriatric
Dress Code: Business Casual
Productivity Expectations: 10-11 patient visits per day
Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: NextGen

Required Skills and Experience

Preferred: 1+ years of experience
Professional Skills: Case Management, Screening/Building Caseload
