Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)

Job Description

Position involves working within a physical therapy setting focused on rehabilitation therapy.
Managed through ShiftWise Flex platform for compliance, billing, and assignment management.
Dress Code: Business Casual
Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used: NextGen
Patient Age Groups: Adolescent, Adults, Geriatric
Expected Productivity: Approximately 11 patient visits per day
