Pharmacist Travel Position - Sahuarita, Arizona

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Facility Overview

• 18-bed neighborhood hospital
• Medical/surgical inpatient beds
• Two operating rooms
• 14-bed emergency room
• Pharmacy closed on recognized holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recent hospital pharmacist experience
• Must be able to work independently and supervise one pharmacy technician
• Current Arizona pharmacy license
• ACLS & BLS certification
• Experience with Cerner and Omnicell systems
• Expected to attend code blues and provide clinical recommendations
• Responsible for answering questions from doctors and nurses and completing consults

Preferred Qualifications

• Board Certified and/or Accredited Pharmacy Residency
• At least 1 year of recent hospital experience
