Job Opportunity: Mammography Tech (Travel)
Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Days, 5x8 (36 guaranteed hours per week)
Weekend Hours: As needed
Call Requirements: None specified
Job Description
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms as a licensed mammographer.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patient population primarily breast screening.
Requirements
- Specialty: Mammography Tech
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years in mammography (highest required)
- Certifications: CPR preferred
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
- Vaccination: Flu vaccination required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1 (exemptions must be approved).
Work Environment
- Facility uses EPIC EMR system.
- Dress code includes black scrubs.
- Position located in the Breast Center.
