Job Opportunity: Staff Pharmacist (Contract)

Location: Morristown, Vermont

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring patients' drug therapy needs are met under the supervision of the Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Clinical pharmacy
- Drug distribution
- Teaching
- Administrative duties
- Conducting research
Must comply with all applicable State and Federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies.
Familiarity required with:
- Unit dose systems
- IV admixtures
- Computer skills related to pharmacy practice
- Both technical and clinical pharmacy practice
Must be self-directed with excellent communication skills.
Hospital pharmacy experience is required (retail experience alone is not sufficient).
