Travel RN Opportunity – Renal Unit (Tuscaloosa, Alabama)

Position Details

Unit Description

• 36-bed Renal Unit caring for patients with acute or chronic kidney disease
• Focus on renal replacement therapy, post-hemodialysis, and ongoing peritoneal dialysis
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6
• Collaborative care with nephrologists, family practice providers, and hospitalists
• Dedicated to supporting patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, and beyond

Requirements

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing
• Licenses: Registered Nurse license in Alabama or Compact license (No temporary licenses accepted)
• Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years nursing experience; will consider 18 months if under highest professional license with at least 1 year in renal specialty
