CSFA Travel Opportunity - Petoskey, Michigan
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of CSFA experience required
- Preferred Experience: Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, OB experience preferred
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (AHA)
- NBSTSA or NCCT (interchangeable)
- FA can be RNFA or CSTFA
- Licensing: Michigan nursing license verification required (LARA and Nursys)
- Skills Checklist: Required within one year of application for RN specialties
- References: Not required
- Employment Restriction: Full-time employees of the facility are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment
Additional Information
- Strict 3-strike attendance policy: More than 3 absences or being over 20 minutes late 3 times will result in immediate termination (exceptions for communicable disease or hospitalization with documentation)
- Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs
- Facility offers a full spectrum of surgical procedures including general elective and critical/life-saving surgeries
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
This position is ideal for experienced CSFAs looking to work in a regional hospital setting with a diverse surgical caseload.
