Travel RN - NICU
Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas
Specialty: NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

Position Details
- Shift: Nights (18:45 - 07:15)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Yes
- Call Requirements: No
- Number of Openings: 1
Required Certifications & Experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in level 3 or 4 NICU
- Experience caring for level 3 NICU infants including:
- High Frequency vents, conventional vents, CPAP, NIMV, HFNC
- Nitric oxide therapy
- Whole body cooling
- OG/NG/PO feedings
- UAC, UVC, PICC, PIV lines
- Attending high risk deliveries and all cesarean section deliveries
Preferred Skills
- STABLE certification
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 25 plus overflow beds on pediatric floor
- Patient Ratios: Typically 3 feeders, 2 CPAP, 1 nitric oxide, 1 cooling (varies by acuity)
- EMR System: EPIC
- Float Requirements: Possible float to mother-baby or pediatrics, but unlikely due to high census
Dress Code
- Scrub Color: Black
