Nursing Contract Opportunity - Honolulu, Hawaii
Specialty: Nursing (Medical ICU)
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Minimum Requirements
Education / Licensure / Certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required
- Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- CPI (or equivalent) preferred
- Specialty certification(s) highly desired (e.g., CCRN)
- Must pass EKG exam with 80% or better during orientation
- All licenses and certifications must be valid throughout the contract duration
Professional Experience
- Minimum two (2) years full-time RN experience in a Medical ICU at a Level I Trauma Center prior to travel assignments
- CRRT experience highly desired
Other Information
- Previous travelers to this health system are highly preferred
- Travelers may float to ICU, Stepdown, and Telemetry units based on facility needs
- Compliance documentation must be completed and submitted at least 10 days before contract start; failure to do so will delay the start date while the contract end date remains fixed, resulting in a shortened contract
- Requested Time Off (RTO) is not permitted during the initial contract period
Note: Hawaii residents are eligible but will not receive traveler rates.
