Minimum Requirements

Education / Licensure / Certification

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required
• Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• CPI (or equivalent) preferred
• Specialty certification(s) highly desired (e.g., CCRN)
• Must pass EKG exam with 80% or better during orientation
• All licenses and certifications must be valid throughout the contract duration

Professional Experience

• Minimum two (2) years full-time RN experience in a Medical ICU at a Level I Trauma Center prior to travel assignments
• CRRT experience highly desired

Other Information

• Previous travelers to this health system are highly preferred
• Travelers may float to ICU, Stepdown, and Telemetry units based on facility needs
• Compliance documentation must be completed and submitted at least 10 days before contract start; failure to do so will delay the start date while the contract end date remains fixed, resulting in a shortened contract
• Requested Time Off (RTO) is not permitted during the initial contract period

Note: Hawaii residents are eligible but will not receive traveler rates.
