Nursing Contract Opportunity - Ewa Beach, Hawaii

Minimum Qualifications

Education / Licensure / Certification

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required
• Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• CPI (or equivalent) preferred
• Specialty certification(s) highly desired (e.g., CCRN)
• Must pass EKG exam with 80% or better during orientation
• All licenses and certifications must be valid throughout the contract duration

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2 years ICU Staff RN experience (excluding travel assignments)
• Experience in Medical/Surgical/Mixed ICU preferred
• CRRT experience highly desired

Other Requirements

• Previous experience with this health system’s travelers highly preferred
• Travel RNs must float as needed to similar or lesser acuity areas (Telemetry, Med/Surg, ED holds, PACU holds, etc.)
• Compliance documentation must be completed and submitted at least 10 days prior to contract start; failure to do so will delay the start date while the contract end date remains fixed, resulting in a shortened contract
• Requested Time Off (RTO) is not permitted during the initial contract period

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Additional Notes

• Hawaii residents are eligible but will not receive traveler rates
• All compliance documents (including current Nursys report, ACLS, BLS/BCLS) must be submitted 10 days before the start date to avoid delays or cancellation
