Description

Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (Travel/Contract)

Location: Mount Vernon, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (07:00 - 17:30)
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
Call Requirement: No
Floating: No

Facility & Job Requirements

Locals Allowed: Yes
First Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
EMR System: EPIC
Block Scheduling: Willing to discuss during interview

Certifications & Licenses Required

Washington State License
One of the following certifications: RCIS OR RCES OR AART
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience

Background & Compliance Requirements

Background check within 30 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
Education verification (US equivalency documentation required if education completed out of country)
2 professional references completed within 1 year of start

Health & Safety Requirements

Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine or signed declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframes
Immunizations or positive titers for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella
Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Seasonal flu vaccination or declination (mask required if declined during flu season)

Additional Facility-Specific Requirements

Photo for badge
Confidentiality statement review and signature
Crime disclosure statement completion
Potential conflict of interest disclosure form completion

Competency Requirements

Medication test/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
General competency exam required
