Job Opportunity: Home Health/Hospice RN

Location: Lewistown, Montana
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide medical care and support to patients in their homes, focusing on individual needs and recovery goals.
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, provide education, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to terminally ill patients and their families, emphasizing comfort, quality of life, and end-of-life support.
Monitor patient conditions, ensure patient comfort and safety, and document care provided.

Requirements

Experience in both Home Health and Hospice nursing.
Current Montana RN license.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
BLS certification.
