Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Therapy (Physical Therapist)

Location: Lebanon, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

Join the Rehabilitation team providing evaluation and treatment for patients experiencing declines in physical mobility or functional independence. Services include:

Acute and swing bed rehab
Outpatient services such as sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab
Balance and dizziness rehab
Wheelchair seating
Neck, back, and extremity care

Requirements

Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Contract Length

13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Must be able to coordinate interview scheduling
